What is PKLYN's Junior Pickleball ACDMY?
Our after-school youth pickleball program is ideal for kids ages 9–13 who are ready to build confidence on the court and develop their skills in a supportive, energetic environment. The 13-week series blends fundamental instruction, fun drills, and progressive game play to help students advance week by week.

What Kids Will Learn
We start with the foundations — rules, scoring, and movement — and build toward strategic play, teamwork, and friendly competition. By the end of the season, participants will have the skills and confidence to play in open sessions, school clubs, and youth tournaments.

PROGRAM DETAILS
Overview:
- Ages: 9–13 years old
- Duration: 13 weeks (Sept. 10 – Dec. 17)
- Schedule: One 60-min. session per week after school (offered on Weds. at 4 or 5pm, and Thurs. at 4 or 5pm)
- Bye Weeks: Week of Oct. 1 & week of Nov. 26
- Class Size: 6 students : 1 coach ratio
Pricing:
- Members rate: $416 for 13 weeks
- Non-members rate: $520 for 13 weeks
- Drop-in: $50/session

Meet your Coaches

Bo brings his background as a rugby player, a student of psychology, and an avid fan of strategy games like chess and Settlers of Catan to offer a unique blend of teamwork, insight, and creativity on the court. His coaching style focuses on making the game approachable and enjoyable, while helping players grow their skills in a supportive and engaging way.

Duy heads up pickleball operations at PKLYN. With several years of pickleball experience competing in tournaments, coaching and as a community leader, he brings a deep understanding of all things pickleball to the team. He’s also an active father who appreciates the needs of young players.

Sam is pickleball-obsessed and a lover of learning. He uses his eclectic experience as a professional musician, chess educator, and poker enthusiast to enrich his understanding of pickleball and elevate his capacity to communicate and educate.
