Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: Customers must cancel at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund. All valid cancellations initiated by the customer will be issued as account credit. If a customer’s reservation is cancelled by PKLYN for any reason, all refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

Maximum players per reservation per court is 8. Each additional player is subject to an additional $20 per player per hour.

Low Enrollment Policy: Open play requires a minimum of 4 participants. If minimum enrollment is not met, the session will automatically cancel 3 hours before the start time. For sessions between 7-9 AM, cancellations will occur at 10 PM the night before. If PKLYN cancels a session due to low enrollment or any other reason, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Substitutions: If you are unable to attend a league session, you may designate an eligible substitute to take your place for that week. If you do not have a substitute, please notify us in advance at hello@pklyn.com, and we will assist in filling the spot—substitutes arranged through PKLYN will be charged half price. Please note that missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be prorated.

Cancellation Policy: Special events are not subject to PKLYN’s standard cancellation policy. All registrations are final, and no refunds or exchanges are allowed.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another eligible player. This must be arranged at least 48 hours before the event by contacting events@pklyn.com for approval. By registering, you agree to these terms.
